Arch Tape is an easy way to replicate professional decorations. One can easily make a balloon arch, or any shape using a strip of balloons. 

Inflate balloon and insert in the slots. slide towards narrower side to lock it. 

Caution : Do not over inflate the balloons. Keep away frpm children under 3 years of age.
